1.The housing estate

The land title deeds No.96209 , 97001 (some part) . Land No. 97 , 86 Tombol Sunpeesua Amphor Muang Chiangmai . The total project area is approximately 8-3-61.3 rai. Measuring & Dividing in 30 detail plots , 29 plots for sale and 1 plots for sale.

6. The times to proceed this project.

After we permitted from Board of allotment land Chiang Mai, we begin to proceed this project.

7. Right and Obligation of customer.

1. We will provide the financial loan for buying a house and land.
2. We will have the security service including cleanliness of project.
3. The buyer can be a board of this project by election from the resident in Pruek sa thong houses in order
     to improve public utility, general service and make a comfortable for all Prueaksathong’s resident.
4. In the juristic person to establish we will let the buyer know by mailing to every buyer after we sale more
     then 50% of project.
5. Other right depends on law.

8. The time to complete of this project.

This project will complete in 3 years after the day we set a permit from Board of Allotment Land Chiang Mai.

9. Guarantee for Public utility.

We provide Siam Commercial Bank to guarantee Public utility.
